Help for a newby

Hi

I am trying to get started with IOS automation and have the following that I feel is ripe for automation. I am just not sure how to do it. Looking for hints and tips

I am the secretary of an association, we meet once a month on the 1st Thursday of the month, from Febuary to April and again from October to December.

Ideally I need to add calendar appointments to my calendar for these meetings. Then email a reminder of the meeting to the members a week in advance.

Then create a task to remind me to do minutes the day after.

Is this something that can be automated using something or should I stick to manually doing the individual parts.
