I have a shortcut I’ve been using w no issues for a couple years. If I’m on Twitter and see a funny animated gif I like, I share it to this shortcut, and it saves it to my phone’s photo album as a gif.
[this is necessary because twitter ‘animated gifs’ aren’t really gifs, they’re videos, this shortcut converts them]

But sometime in the last couple weeks it stopped working. It keeps telling me no gifs found. The other possibility is that Twitter changed the format they’re using? But I haven’t found any evidence of that.
