The “When Still There” option seems to be working as a simple delay (“of arrival”). I’m trying to get it to only trigger a notification if I stay connected to a low powered iBeacon for more than 5 minutes.
hmm… it should do exactly what you describe and I am not aware of an issues in this area. but in general ibeacons can be a bit finicky.
you could define an additional test trigger “when leaving” as well to see that this event actually happens and check if the “pending” notification of (under local triggers >pending) gets removed accordingly?
