Automator "app" shortcut to open 4 numbers files not working correctly

Hi guys,

so I have an automator “app” that is a shortcut to open 4 Numbers files. When I first used it, It worked perfectly, but now I only opens two of the files. I didn’t change anything, i’m wondering if this has anything to do with iCloud. Either way, I pasted a screenshot of the automator instructions. Any help, explanation, or solution is greatly appreciated.

Is it always the same two files that fail?

Are those files downloaded/available locally on your machine?

Split it up and try it individually for debugging and to see if it is individual actions or the combination.
