Automated Mail Rule Creation?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to create a keystroke command that creates a Mail rule from the highlighted message that basically sets it up to match the From: and the Subject: exactly, with the save target pre-defined in the command.

So let’s say I get an email from me@myserver.com with a subject like “Cron action completed: xyz”. I don’t need this in my inbox, but I would like to skim it at some point just to make sure things aren’t wonky. So I’d like it to go to the “To Review Later” folder automatically.

I know I can create the rule manually - I’m just looking for something to eliminate the friction of having to go to Preferences, Rules, Add Rule, select the conditions, pick the save folder, etc. There are a lot of these rules I’d need to create.

Is that possible with a quick key command? I have Keyboard Maestro if that helps.
