Apple Mail rule to Calendar

Hello there Automaters forum,

I am trying to create a mail rule that will be running on a Mac mini server I have that creates calendar events based on a specific email I get from University each day. Looking online what I want is something similar to what was created here. The Apple script is quite long to parse with many variables that would need to change. I would like the event to have its title as what booking type is, start and end time being what it states in the email. I have attached in the next comment two different emails I get to help with parsing it. Thank you if you are able to provide some hints

The subject is always the same which helps to create the mail rule
