Adjusted Date Step Won’t Save

I have an existing shortcut that extracts health data for the previous seven days from the provided input date and saves it to Day One. I am trying to add a step to adjust end date for display purposes. When I run the shortcut to test it it works great but then when I click done then go back into the shortcut it reverts back to default values for the step.

I found that other people had run into the issue when upgrading from iOS 12 to 13. I shared the shortcut with myself and re-imported it and then it worked.
