Listening to the episode and wanted to chime in…no CarPlay here, but I took Dave Hamilton’s idea on Wifi automation when in the car and triggered it off of the Driving focus turning on/off. Only downside will be when my wife gets in the car without me and my phone is in the office (over the garage) - the focus may briefly enter Driving then turn off when the car is out of range.

It’s using an app that’s in a very early closed TestFlight right now - but I’ll share more when I can!
