Block apps “after hours” and “on weekends” with Keyboard Maestro

How do you use your computer to help enforce better working habits? One “trick” that I have used it setting “working hours” for certain apps. If I try to use those apps outside of those hours, Keyboard Maestro will simply quit the app and put up a notification telling me I’m not allowed to work now. I’ve even expanded this idea to enforce a “weekend” (although for me that means Friday and Saturday) by not allowing those apps to run at any time on those days. Define Triggers You can set these t…
